This story has been around for a week and it has taken it's "turn" already.
49 year old Cathy Cruz Marrero works in this mall. When she's not on trial for making charges on a co workers credit card, she's falling face first into dirty co laden fountain water.
Of course she thinks security should have gone "Code Red" and rushed to her rescue. They would have sweetie. If you were in some real trouble and they could stop laughing. Her Ambulance chaser/Lawyer had this to say.
"We are troubled by the fact that anyone at the Berkshire Mall responsible for releasing this video would find humor in an employee injured on the premises," Polyak said. "We intend to hold the appropriate persons responsible.
"No one from that security office came to her aid in a timely manner."
Hmm. That begs the question: "How does one save a texting moron?"
